A fellow student at Salston High, Arlene has for some time been the object of Charles' affection. She is a kind, joyful person, but like everyone, she does have a dark side. Her artwork reflects an almost morbid nature, in both her poetry and drawings. She's quite intelligent, and often outdoes Chuck in marks.
