Chantelle is Charles' little sister. Although she's quite intelligent, she's a bit of a brat, always looking for an excuse to get in Chuck's hair. She goes to a junior high school, and does fairly well. Her self-appointed catchphrase, "Cute as HELL", originates from her favourite t-shirt, which she wears whenever she has the chance.
While she doesn't know about Chuck being an Elemental, she does suspect something is odd about him.
